Bill is Managing Member for Exchange Solutions Group LLC (“ES Group”), providing qualified intermediary (“QI”) services throughout Maryland*, the District of Columbia and nationally, ranging from simple, straightforward exchanges to complex reverse, hybrid and build to suit exchanges of real estate, as well as personal property such as airplanes and construction equipment. He has structured hundreds of exchanges ranging from $25,000 to $375,000,000.
Before joining ES Group, Bill was a Vice President and Regional Manager for the tax deferred exchange divisions of two national title insurance companies, LandAmerica and Old Republic Title. Prior to LandAmerica, Bill was in private law practice for 23 years specializing in commercial and residential transactions, and tax deferred exchanges.
Bill received his JD from the University of Baltimore and is a licensed attorney in Maryland, he is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, American Bar Association, the Greater Capitol Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR), and is a former president of the Catholic Business Network of Montgomery County, MD.
